We’re proud to announce the launch of HQ Sport+, a brand-new sports video streaming platform dedicated to grassroots and community-level sports, now fully operational and growing rapidly. The project is the result of a strategic partnership between our company and HQ Sport+, an Asturias-based organization with strong ties to local clubs and a clear commitment to supporting the broader sports ecosystem.

HQ Sport+ is more than just another OTT. It’s a platform built to bring the excitement of local competitions directly to fans, families, and communities—making it easy to follow teams and matches that are often left out of traditional broadcasting networks. It currently covers sports such as football, basketball, and handball, with plans already underway to expand into volleyball, tennis, paddle, and combat sports like kickboxing and martial arts.

The core technology behind HQ Sport+ is our own Azzulei TV streaming platform: a cloud-based, modular, and scalable solution designed to deliver high-quality live video experiences. Our end-to-end technology stack handles everything from video capture and encoding to delivery, storage, playback, and user interface personalization. It also enables advanced features such as replays, remote commentary, live graphics, multi-camera production, and monetization options through ads, subscriptions, or pay-per-view.

The HQ Sport+ team has been instrumental in bringing this project to life on the ground, securing agreements with over 100 sports clubs and offering direct support to both organizations and users. As a result, the platform is now streaming more than 2,000 matches per week, with free user registration and premium features (subscriptions and event-based payments) coming soon.

What sets HQ Sport+ apart is its club-centric approach: each team has its own dedicated section within the platform, making it easy for fans to find and follow their favorite matches without missing a single play.

The platform is already live in web format, with more than 20,000 registered users and growing fast. Mobile and tablet apps are set to launch soon, further expanding reach and accessibility.
